How licenses work
- Is there a limit on tunnels?
- No. A license counts Macs, not connections.
- Does Sluice need the internet to check the license?
- It checks before starting a tunnel. If our server cannot be reached, a license keeps working for two weeks, and tunnels that are up are never cut off.
- How do I move it to a new Mac?
- Deactivate it on the old one in Sluice, then enter the key on the new one.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 14 days of purchase. Write to support@sluicevpn.app.
