Refund Policy

Try Sluice free for 14 days on each Mac before you buy. If it still does not work for you after buying, you can have your money back.

14 days, no questions

Ask for a refund within 14 days of a purchase or a renewal of updates and you get the full amount back. Write to support@sluicevpn.app with your receipt or license key, or contact Paddle, our reseller, at paddle.net.

How it is paid back

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and Paddle returns the money to the payment method you used. It usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to the license

A refunded license stops working on every Mac; a refunded renewal takes its year of updates back. Tunnels already running are not interrupted.

After 14 days

Later requests are considered case by case, for example if a problem we could not fix kept Sluice from working with your gateway. Your rights under the consumer law of your country are not affected.
